Hello, my name is Kristin, and I'm one of the owners of Madison Main. My background is in healthcare, where I've spent over eleven years as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse and Clinical Supervisor. This experience, along with my board certification, has given me a deep understanding of wellness, which I now bring to my work with aesthetic injectables, IV therapy, and laser services. I believe feeling your best in your own skin is essential to overall well-being, and I'm passionate about helping each client achieve that. My goal is to create an experience that is not only transformative, but truly empowering. Outside of Madison Main, I cherish time with my husband and two boys. We love to stay active, especially running and exploring the outdoors. I'm looking forward to meeting you!

My name is Mandy Fawbush, and I'm a licensed aesthetician and instructor here in Georgia. For over fifteen years, I've specialized in creating truly relaxing treatments, while also crafting customized plans to help each client achieve their unique skin goals. My heart is in the treatment room, where I love helping people feel more confident and see real results. I'm so excited to be part of the Madison community and look forward to meeting you.

With over a decade of nursing experience, I've focused on providing compassionate, high-quality care. From the fast-paced environment of the ER to the more personal connections of primary care as a Nurse Practitioner, and now specializing in infusion therapy, I've always prioritized patient well-being. Outside of my work, I cherish time with my husband and son. Whether we're baking, exploring the outdoors, or running together, family and an active lifestyle keep me grounded and energized.

Kenzie is a Georgia State University graduate and former Level I Emergency Department nurse at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Dr. Jeremy Schube, M.D.

Dr. Jeremy Schube is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with a strong background in both academic and clinical settings.
A Georgia native, Dr. Schube earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia before obtaining his Medical Degree from the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University. He completed his residency training at New York Medical College’s Metropolitan Hospital, where he developed expertise in emergency care. Dr. Schube now practices medicine in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Schube enjoys golfing and spending quality time with his wife and three children.
As a co-owner and co-medical director at Madison Main Wellness and Aesthetics, Dr. Schube collaborates closely with both patients and providers to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care and treatment outcomes.
Dr. Pratik Mehta, M.D.
Dr. Pratik Mehta is a Georgia native who began his academic journey at Georgia State University, where he earned a degree in Microbiology and Immunology. He went on to receive his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, followed by the completion of his residency at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Mehta is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician.
He currently practices in the emergency departments across the Greater Atlanta area and resides in the metro region with his wife, two children, and their dog, Winnie. Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Mehta enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and playing golf whenever possible. As co-owner and co-medical director of Madison Main Wellness and Aesthetics, Dr. Mehta is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and works closely with both patients and providers to ensure the highest standards of service.

Memorie Nichols, PA-C
Memorie Nichols, PA-C, blends clinical expertise with a holistic approach to wellness. A graduate of Cornell University’s Weill Medical College PA Program, she also holds degrees from Auburn and Emory University in biomedical science and nutrition.
With advanced training through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the Institute for Functional Medicine, and the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, Memorie specializes in hormone therapy, weight loss, and women’s health. She’s passionate about helping patients feel vibrant, balanced, and deeply supported.
Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, traveling, staying active, and making memories with her husband and two daughters.

Carrie is dedicated to making every client feel relaxed, seen, and supported on their unique skincare journey. She’s honored to be part of the process that helps others look and feel their best.
